At its fourth edition, the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy confirmed all the qualities that have built its reputation since its creation in 2019 while advancing its development in the light of experience in the Rotax spirit.
Anatoly Khavalkin is back on track for the second roun of the WSK Euro Series 2022, this time on the circuit of Sarno in view of the World Championship.
Gunskirchen, Austria, July 20, 2022 – BRP-Rotax is glad to announce the first Electric Kart Cup Portugal which is organized by the FPAK (the Portuguese ASN) in cooperation with our long-term partner and authorized Rotax Karting distributor Korridas e Kompanhia and will take place at the Portimao circuit from October 21st to 23rd, 2022.
It didn't take long for the RMC International Trophy to become a major event of the Rotax season. The success of the first edition in 2019 immediately put it at the top of the list of events not to be missed.
The Birel Racing team started the first round of the WSK Euro Series with a new line-up of seven drivers. The young Swiss driver Kilian Josseron, recently transferred from Mini, made his first steps in OK-Junior with Birel ART, while OK drivers Cristian Bertuca and Karol Pasiewicz competed in their second KZ2 race.
Sacrifices turned into success and joy at the Franciacorta Karting Track last weekend. Circuit staff and drivers concluded the FIA Karting European Championship of the OK and OKJ 2022 classes in the best possible way.
Gunskirchen/Mariembourg, June 13th 2022 – The Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy started its second half of the season last weekend in Belgian Mariembourg. On the 1,388m long Kart des Fagnes track, 163 drivers from all over the world started into the end phase of this year’s RMCET season. In thrilling races, some new faces ended up on the leading positions of the individual grades again. In the end, there were four early title winners next to day winners.
The weekend at Franciacorta put an end to the FIA Karting European Championship 2022. Anatoly Khavalkin became European OKJ Champion after finishing third in the race.
The 2022 FIA Karting European Championship in the OK and OK-Junior categories ended at the Franciacorta circuit, where the Birel ART-TM packages clearly showed great competitiveness.
After much anticipation on the eve of the race, Anatoly Khavalkin is ready to return to the Franciacorta circuit to fight for the European Championship title.

With the last weekend at the Franciacorta circuit, Anatoly Khavalkin concluded the Champions Of The Future by RGMMC in second place in the general classification.
The fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series which has just taken place on the Franciacorta track has perfectly fulfilled its role by allowing the official Birel ART Racing team to prepare for the conclusion of the OK and OK-Junior European Championship which will take place there in less than two weeks.
The Kristianstad winner makes his return to the track in the latest Champions Of The Future round at Franciacorta, ready to prepare for his appointment with the FIA European Championship.
In both Genk and Cremona, in very different race conditions, the Sodi Racing Team made the difference in the FIA Karting European Championship. After Emilien Denner in Belgium, Senna van Walstijn triumphed in Italy, demonstrating once again the competitiveness of the French factory's equipment, the effectiveness of its team and the qualities of its magnificent driver duo.
T he Birel ART factory continues to write karting history in golden letters. In Cremona, the Italian chassis took the top three places in the KZ2 Final thanks to Tom Leuillet, Cristian Bertuca and Alessio Piccini. Already a winner in Genk, the Frenchman therefore brings a deserved title to the Birel ART and TM Racing brands, as well as to the Leclerc by Lennox Racing team. In KZ, Birel ART was also delighted with another podium for Matteo Vigano, who became the 2022 European Vice-Champion.
At the FIA Karting European Championship in Kristianstad, the Birel ART technical team managed to perfectly combine the information gathered during the Champions of the Future Euro Series two weeks earlier with that of the Free Practice sessions preceding the Qualifying session, in order to prepare particularly competitive material for its drivers entered in OK and OK-Junior.
