An application for development approval has been submitted for a new motorsport facility in Western Australia.
Located at 732 Punrak Road, Keysbrook (60km south of Perth), the plan includes a 3.5km road racing circuit, plus a kart track.

The kart track would be dual purpose for hire karts and race karts. It would be built to international standards to host anything from club level to international races.
The proposal says the facility would employ over 30 full-time staff.
