Despite the great weather, the Gippsland Go Kart Club encountered its smallest entry of the modern era on Sunday, just 18 competitors fronting at Tramway Park Raceway for the July club day.

Hopefully that was mostly because several were sitting this one out and saving their gear for the City of Melbourne Titles.

Largest class of the day was Cadet 12 with five entries, here with Jackson Stone leading the way (pic – Steve Dansie)
Largest field of the day comprised three classes, KA3 Medium (3), Combined Light (2) and Combined Medium (1) but still provided plenty of close racing. (pic – Steve Dansie)
