There are limited places remaining for the SP Tools Junior Sprockets Program to be held at Port Melbourne on Saturday September 22.
The SP Tools Junior Sprockets program provides the opportunity for newcomers to experience the thrill and excitement of karting in a safe and controlled environment. Once they have completed the program, they receive a free Karting Australia practice licence.
The attendees will learn from a team of experienced instructors who have more than 50 years of experience in the sport between them.
“The Junior Sprockets program provides a great opportunity for youngsters to sample the sport of karting in a safe and controlled environment while learning the basic driving skills,” said Head Instructor Troy Hunt.
“It is designed for those who haven’t driven a kart before, or have had very limited experience in karting, and it’s more than just about getting them to do laps in a kart. We go through a structured program to ensure each participant gains the most out of their time as a part of the Junior Sprockets program.
“We’ve enjoyed some great success from all of the programs we’ve held across the Country and we look forward to heading back to Melbourne later this month.”
The Junior Sprockets program is open to drivers aged between 6 and 13 years of age.
All safety equipment is provided for the Junior Sprockets participants where they will utilise karts from DPE Kart Technology fitted with either an IAME or Vortex engine.
