Wet Weather Cover Permitted for Torini Engine

Karting Australia has issued a Technical Rule Interpretation for the Torini Clubmaxx 210 4-stroke.

Effective 2 February 2018, an air filter wet weather cover is permitted to be used on the Torini engine. The sole purpose of the cover is to prevent water entering the engine.

The TRI said this is an interim solution as the OEM Torini Clubmaxx 210 engine air filter wet weather cover is currently under development.

KA published photos to provide a reference for what can be used until the Torini component is available.

The cover is to only prevent water from entering the engine and can not provide any performance enhancement.
